Breakwater Hotel (716 Commercial Street) is one of the popular Ptown dog-friendly hotels for its waterfront location and stellar staff.

The hotel allows dogs for a fee of $40 per night per dog (plus taxes), and they ask that you register your dog(s) in advance by calling the hotel to ensure you get a pet-friendly room. 

And, of course, service dogs are welcome, too; you just need to register them in advance, but no fee is required. 

The hotel offers a variety of air-conditioned rooms that each come with TVs and coffee pots.

Room size ranges from 190 sq ft for standard rooms to 525 sq ft for a suite.

Harbor Hotel Provincetown

Another pet-friendly hotel in Provincetown is the Harbor Hotel (698 Commercial Street). 

The hotel allows up to two pets per room as long as you let them know ahead of time that the pets are coming. 

The fee is $43 per pet per night, plus taxes. 

You and your pet don’t have to venture far to have fun since the hotel has a restaurant and an outdoor pool with a bar. 

The rooms vary in size ranging from 175 sq ft for most of the rooms to 600 sq ft for the deluxe suites.

There are many room options depending on how many people and pets you stay with.

Cape Colony Inn

The Cape Colony Inn (280 Bradford Street) is one of the Ptown dog-friendly hotels, and all breeds and sizes of dogs are welcome. 

The hotel charges a fee of $35 plus taxes per pet for each night of your stay.

Other pets and animals are not allowed.

They have smaller rooms on the upper level, but dogs are not allowed in them.

Surfside Hotel and Suites (543 Commercial Street) allows dogs to stay for a fee of $43 per pet per day. 

Surfside Hotel is one of the best dog-friendly hotels in Provincetown, MA, because of all the amenities offered for dogs. 

They have treats for dogs at check-in, and water bowls are spread out throughout the property to keep them hydrated. 

Dogs are allowed by the outdoor fireplace, or you can leave them unattended in the room, and you can keep them clean using the outdoor dog shower. 

You and your dog can walk to the beach in less than one minute, and dogs are welcome as long as they are leashed. 

There are also a lot of pet-friendly restaurants close to the hotel for convenience.

Pets are allowed in all the rooms, so you can choose between room sizes ranging from 240 sq ft king or double rooms or a studio, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom apartment-style room that range from 438 to 824 sq ft.

The Provincetown Hotel at Gabriel’s

The Provincetown Hotel at Gabriel’s (102 Bradford Street) allows pets, as long as you do not bring more than two. 

They charge a fee of $25 per pet per night.

Note that they do not allow pets to be left unattended in rooms, but there are some good dog amenities offered! 

There is space to walk your dog around the hotel, so they provide poop bags to help you keep the area clean, and water bowls are also provided. 

The hotel is big, so there are many room options, ranging from a 163 sq ft double room to the 480 sq ft penthouse suite with two sofa beds and a queen. 

Or, you can stay in the 531 sq ft apartment with a kitchen, a fireplace, a washing machine, and a separate bedroom with a king bed. 

Prince Albert Guest House, Provincetown

The Prince Albert Guest House (164 Commercial Street) is one of the pet-friendly accommodations in Provincetown, MA, that isn’t a full hotel but a bed and breakfast.

The guest house welcomes dogs as long as you get prior approval from the property. 

Only rooms 4, 8, and the lower level rooms are available for people with pets, so make sure you book the right room. 

These rooms are between 100 and 110 sq ft and include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and private bathrooms, plus access to the BBQ area and terrace. 

As a bonus, there is a dog beach right by the hotel that you and your pet can walk to in just a few minutes. 

Brasswood Inn

The Brasswood Inn (174 Commercial Street) is another one of the more popular Provincetown dog-friendly hotels. 

The inn allows up to two dogs to stay per room for a fee of $10 per night.

The hotel specifically notes that, unfortunately, cats are not welcome. 

With the pet fee, you get dog treats, poop bags, a dog towel to use during your stay, and access to a cleaning area outside. 

The hotel allows you to leave your dog unattended in the room as long as they do not disturb other guests, and you can bring them into all the common areas (except the breakfast area), as long as they are on a leash. 

Not all the rooms at the hotel are dog-friendly, so be diligent in choosing one of the dog-friendly rooms when you book.

The guest house is also near many restaurants, or you and your pet can stay in and enjoy the on-site bar, hot tub, and gardens. 

There are 120 sq ft queen rooms and 160 sq ft king rooms with plenty of floor space for a dog bed. 

Harbor-side Lofts

The last of our recommended Provincetown pet-friendly hotels is the Harbor-Side Lofts which offer 600 sq ft studios.

Truro Beach Cottages (640 Shore Road, Truro) is a lovely place to stay near Provincetown that allows dogs. 

They have home-style accommodations instead of traditional hotel rooms, which means more space for you and your dog. 

The cottages range from 195 sq ft full bed cottages to a 480 sq ft bungalow with two bedrooms and a sofa bed. 

Your dog will also have plenty of space outside by the cottages, plus the beach is only a few minutes from the property. 

There are also places to hike, bike, and fish near the cottages if you and your dog love being active and spending time outside. 

The pet fee is $40 per dog per night.

Dune Crest Hotel

The Dune Crest Hotel (535 Route 6, North Truro) is a great motel near Provincetown to stay at with your pet. 

They allow up to two pets per room at a fee of $20 per night per pet. 

You can leave your pet(s) unattended in the room for up to four hours as long as they are in a crate, and you let the front desk know. 

One of the highlights for pet owners is the on-site dog park where your dog can run around off the leash. 

They are also allowed in the National Seashore, but you should be on the lookout for poison ivy and ticks to keep your pet safe. 

Make sure you book one of the pet-friendly rooms, which include the 300 sq ft double and king rooms, some of which have balconies. 

Endless Coast, A Boutique Hotel 

The Endless Coast Hotel (2068 State Highway, Wellfleet) is another motel that allows dogs near Ptown. 

Dogs are the only pets allowed, and they must weigh under seventy pounds.

There is a pet fee of $35 per dog per day. 

You must let the hotel know that you are bringing your dog ahead of time.

Note that you will not be allowed to leave them unattended in the room, but they are welcome outside the hotel and on the porches with you as long as you keep them on a leash.

Make sure you book one of the six pet-friendly rooms, one of which is also accessible. 

The two types of pet-friendly rooms are the 300 sq ft Deluxe Double and Deluxe King rooms.
