There are many hotels on Cape Cod with indoor pools, especially in the Mid-Cape area of Barnstable (Hyannis) and Yarmouth.
However, only a few of these hotels are also beachfront, and there are very few options as you get into the Outer Cape.
Also note that some accommodations on the Cape are only open seasonally, and some that are open year-round actually close their pools over the winter season.

The ferry leaves from Woods Hole, just a few minutes away from the hotel.
There is an indoor pool as well as an outdoor pool in the summer season.
This is a great choice for families traveling on a budget who also plan to enjoy different areas of the Cape and islands during their vacation.

Falmouth Inn
If you want to stay right on Main Street, check out the Falmouth Inn (82 Main St, Falmouth).
This is a year-round Cape hotel offering an indoor pool, hot tub, guest parking, and easy walking access to the shops and restaurants of Main Street as well as the Island Queen ferry to Martha’s Vineyard.

Cape Codder Resort
If you’re looking for a family resort with an indoor pool that’s perfect for kids, look no further than the Cape Codder Resort (1225 Iyannough Rd, Hyannis).
The Cape Codder Waterpark is popular with kids of all ages, with multiple waterslides, pools, and a lazy river to enjoy.
The resort also offers an outdoor pool area, arcade room, pickleball and basketball courts, and the on-site Mirage Spa.
It’s ideally located in Hyannis for easy access to beaches, restaurants, and tons of fun destinations all across the Cape!
The indoor water park is open 7 days a week and towels are provided.
Note that non-resort guests can purchase day passes to the waterpark, so you should expect school vacation periods to be particularly busy.

Courtyard by Marriott Cape Cod Hyannis
The Courtyard Cape Cod by Marriott (707 Iyannough Rd, Hyannis) is a great option for fans of the brand.
Hyannis is where you can grab the ferry to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard, or you can enjoy a harbor cruise to see the sights from sea!
There are tons of restaurants and shops, plus the popular artist shanties by the harbor.

The Cove at Yarmouth (183 Main St, West Yarmouth) is just next door to the Bayside and offers similarly great amenities for families.
The suites and townhouses are perfect for those looking to save a bit by cooking some meals.
There is an indoor pool at The Cove, as well as a seasonal outdoor pool, a kids’ pool, an arcade, tennis courts, a fitness center, and 2 restaurants on-site.
This is a great choice for families or groups to stay with a convenient location and all the activities to entertain various ages.

The Holly Tree Resort (412 MA-28, West Yarmouth) is just down the road from The Cove and Bayside, so you can price compare and decide which one is best for your dates!

Note that there are no ADA-accessible rooms at this resort and there is no elevator for rooms on the second floor.

For a spacious family-friendly option, you can’t beat The Villages at Ocean Edge (The White House, 1 Villages Dr, Brewster).
These villas offer the comforts of home in an elevated setting, complete with the excellent resort amenities of Ocean Edge.
There are multiple pools on the resort grounds, including both indoor pools and outdoor.
There is also the premier golf course, private beach access from some of the villas, and various dining options throughout the resort.
My family enjoyed a wonderful vacation at Ocean Edge — I highly recommend a villa or condo for multiple-generation trips especially!

For a premier getaway, The Mansion at Ocean Edge (2907 Main St, Brewster) is perhaps the best hotel with an indoor pool on Cape Cod.
While the villas offer home-like amenities and space, The Mansion is a space in its own category.

My sister and her husband enjoyed a special dinner celebration at the Mansion and they highly recommend it.

Four Points by Sheraton Eastham Cape Cod
As you head toward the Outer Cape, you reach the stunning Cape Cod National Seashore and endless natural beauty.
This is where those jaw-dropping beaches start — staying in the area means easy access whenever you want to stroll, build sand castles, or search for seals surfing in the waves!
There are fewer large hotels out this way, so your options for indoor pools are also more limited.
However, the Four Points by Sheraton (3800 State Hwy, Eastham) is a great option if you want to be right on Route 6 for day trips all around the Outer Cape.
The indoor pool is open year-round, while an outdoor pool is available seasonally; there is also an on-site restaurant called Bellamy’s.
Free parking is available for guests, including an EV charger.
