The condo is located on the second floor, which does have elevator access; however, there is no guarantee that the elevator will work throughout your stay.

Guests love the deck, view, and sunsets, and everything needed is within walking distance.

If you’re looking for a large Folly Beach pet-friendly vacation rental, this 3-bed sleeps up to eight people and charges a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet with a maximum of two during the stay.
The very modern condo has three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, a common space with one double sleeper sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with an island and three dining areas (indoors and out), plus a living space with TV, a laundry room, a washer, and a dryer.
Both the balcony and the pool area are fenced off for dog safety.

This 3-bed oceanfront rental is close to the Folly Beach Country Park side of town, which tends to receive fewer crowds as there is a daily entry fee in return for parking and restrooms.
However, guests at this house don’t need to worry about paying as they have access to a private boardwalk and beach as well as a screened porch to keep the pesky bugs out and doggos in.
The bright and airy house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an open-plan living area, a dining space, a kitchen, a washer, a dryer, and air conditioning.

However, it also has an on-site hot tub for guests to relax in.
Naturally, dogs are not permitted in the tub, but up to three can join the group trip as long as they are free from fleas and well-behaved; a pet fee may be charged, and approval from the owner is required.
The house sleeps up to 14 and features six bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen with full amenities, a living space with a TV, and a games room with billiards.
There is also a screened porch and deck space on the upper level for views.
If you plan to use the grill, it is the renter’s responsibility to bring the essentials.

Moving toward the Lighthouse Inlet Heritage Preserve side of Folly Beach, this 3-bed oceanfront property provides views over Morris Lighthouse on a clear day.

However, the space isn’t about its interior because outside, there is a full volleyball court, corn hole boards, sand toys, a grill, an outdoor shower, and ample patio/deck space for sunbathing and relaxing.
As with many of the pet-friendly rentals at Folly Beach, speedy dogs will need to be kept indoors or attached to the porch.
